Workshop in Croatia

The “Country Workshop to discuss Influenza Surveillance”, in the framework of implementation of the “Surveillance and Response to Avian and pandemic Influenza by National Health Authorities of Countries of South East Europe” Project, took place on 10th of March 2014 in Zagreb, Croatia.

The workshop was organized in the Croatian National Institute of Public Health and all ILI country epidemiologists/21 and focal points from future SARI SENTINEL sites from 4 hospitals of different parts of the country were invited. In total there were 42 participants.

Two workshops were organized: one regarding specimen and the other one regarding data collection/forms. The participants presented several presentations related to specific issues of the workshops.
